How To Clear Internet Cache Files
To clear your Internet Cache follow these instructions.
There are 2 different versions of Internet Explorer. To clear your cache follow the instructions below, and compare the window on your PC to the windows displayed below - this will tell you which version of Internet Explorer you have and which instructions to follow.
To start:
1. Click your Start button
2. Thenclick Settings (some Start button configurations omit this step)
3. Then click Control Panel
4. Then click Internet Options

This is the window you will see if you have Version 6

5. For Version 6, Click on Delete Files (see above image)

6.The following window will open after you click Delete Files:

7. Check the box Delete all offline content and then clickOK. You will see an hour glass while your icon is over the Internet Properties window. Click OK to exit the Internet Properties window when the hour glass changes back to an arrow.

7. Youhave two choices here:
a) You can click on Delete all (see above image) and that will delete Temporary Files, Cookies, History, Form data and Passwords; or
b)If you have passwords and form data you need to keep in place, you can choose to click on Temporary Internet Files, and then Yes. When it has finished deleting Temporary Internet Files, you can then repeat the process for Cookies and then History.

8.If you chose toDelete all, the following window will appear:
9. Check the box Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons and then clickYes. A window may pop up that says it is deleting. When that window disappears, click on OK to close the Internet Properties window.
