FREE HEALTH SCREEN FOR EMPLOYEES

In a continued effort to promote and encourage wellness, I am pleased to announce, once again this year, FREE health screenings for all employees. Free Health Screenings will be conducted by Interactive Health Solutions (IHS) and are available through the month of March. All employees are encouraged to participate as the entire cost of the health screening will be paid by the company.

Free Health Screenings will be conducted on-site at the Chesterton facility on Friday March 12, the Merrillville driver meeting on March 13th, and the Akron driver meeting on March 27th. If you are unable to attend an on-site screening, you can have your health evaluation completed at a participating off-site testing facility. Call Interactive Health Solutions (IHS) at 1-800-840-6100 and ask for TEST ON DEMAND. Please Call IHS by March 17th to request your paperwork and complete your testing by March 31st.

As in years past contributions for the medical premium will be tied to your health screen. If this is the first year for your health screen you will be eligible for the employee incentive (a discount on the employee portion of the medical premium) by participating in the screening. *If you participated in the past, you received a target from IHS and any incentive will be determined based upon achieving your target.
